What is facilitation? Facilitation provides space for creativity. As a facilitator, Rachel supports groups of people to discuss, brainstorm ideas and create possibilities and solutions. The role is one of objectivity, enabling the group to ask tough questions in a safe environment, help the group seek clarity, synthesize discussion and help groups keep on track and focused.
Many groups often want an external facilitator to assist in forums, team building, strategic and / or operational planning meetings, committees and workshops. These might be one-off events (eg from 2 hours to 2 days) or be regular meetings.
Qualifications and Experience Rachel has facilitated a range of forums over 15 years, including strategic and operational planning forums and leadership retreats;

Qualifications and Experience Rachel has been a trainer / educator for over 15 years designing and providing learning and development programs to a range of people from grass roots staff to Executive teams and members of Boards. Topics have included, supervision, mentoring, quality improvement and risk management; performance management and developing strategic and operational plans
Rachel also has a formal training qualification – the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
